Non-Motorized Watercraft

The WPICA Board is pleased to report the success of this program for the past 8 years and are happy to make this amenity available to our members during the summer of 2026.
Non-Motorized Watercraft Tie-Down Regulations:
- Only available to WPICA Members
- WPICA Member MUST be the owner of the non-motorized watercraft.
- This is a new venture for WPICA, the number of non-motorized personal watercraft to be stored at the bay beach will be determined by the WPICA Executive Board.
- Non-motorized watercraft includes; kayaks, paddle boards etc. all watercraft will need to be approved by 1st VP of Maintenance and Assoc. VP Property Maintenance.
- Only non-motorized watercraft may be stored, equipment including but not limited to seats, paddles, life-jackets, coolers may not be stored on WPICA property.
- WPICA is not responsible for any non-motorized watercraft that is lost or stolen.
- Cost for tie-down is $125.00 for the season – no partial refunds.
- Non-motorized watercraft will need to be removed by November 14, 2026 or at the request of WPICA Board. Members will incur an additional $125 fee if not removed by November 15, 2026.
- Anyone interested in being added to the wait list for tie-downs must have membership dues paid and application submitted by May 15, 2026.
- Members assigned tie-downs last year can re-use them if desired.
- Payment for tie-down will be due by June 15, 2026.
- Stickers identifying the watercraft may be required.
- These guidelines are subject to change by the Executive Committee, President or the First Vice President Maintenance and Personnel without prior notice.
