WPICA Scholarship Application

The West Point Island Civic Association (WPICA) is offering four $750 scholarships to graduating high school seniors. The following outlines the criteria and documents needed to be eligible for each scholarship awarded this year.

Your signature represents that to the best of your knowledge any and all materials submitted for consideration are believed to be true; that you agree that all items submitted become the property of the WPICA and will not be returned; that you also accept that the decision of the Scholarship Committee is final; and that the WPICA may use any or all of the information submitted for media purposes if you are awarded said scholarship.

You further understand and agree that inaccurate information, non-intentional or not, can be cause to rescind any scholarship awarded.
